  • You request wordings and text templates, you get specifically adapted agreements, guidelines, draft contracts, or samples of progress reports.
     

  • You get feedback regarding contract drafts, proposed amendments and possible improvements.
     

  • We help you prepare trainings, draft documents with you; where necessary, we can assist you as trainers, in any event you will obtain the training documents and presentations.
     

  • We support you in all issues relating to data processing agreements, the implementation or review of the records of processing activities, risk evaluation and privacy impact assessment, the implementation of the requirements of restricting the storage space, etc..
     

  • For all requests we provide you with recommendations and possible solutions to be used by you as required.
     

  • ​We can examine the facts not only in accordance with German law, where necessary, but also in accordance with the laws of other European countries.
     

  • You get support in important negotiations, e.g. with cooperatives, foreign partners, etc.

TO HAVE YOUR DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

SUPPORTED BY US?

We bill our services based on the time spent with a reduced hourly fee of  e.g.

220,00 Euro plus VAT

You allocate a predefined time per month – should we exceed this approved time we will ask for your prior separate approval. We are happy to discuss other remuneration models in person.  

Our cooperation can be terminated at any time.
