Data Protection Assessment (Initial Phase)
As a first step, we carry out a structured assessment based on your data protection organisation.
This includes, among other things
- Review of existing documentation (RoPA, guidelines, DPA, TOMs, processes, etc.)
- Examination of existing structures, roles and processes
- Identification of existing risks, gaps and acute need for action
- Assessment of the maturity level (“current status”)
- Preparation of a clear, prioritised catalogue of measures
The assessment serves as the basis for the entire collaboration and creates immediate transparency for you and the DPO.
Customised Roadmap for the next 6-12 Months
Based on the assessment, we create a concrete, realistic roadmap together with your DPO:
- Prioritisation of the most important to-dos
- Definition of time frames and milestones
- Definition of responsibilities
- Integration into existing company processes

Continuous Support & Coaching
