NIS2 Applicability Assessment
Determine Your Registration Obligations
As of 6 December 2025, the revised German Federal Act on Information Security (BSIG) has entered into force. As a result, many companies are now subject to new notification, registration, and cybersecurity requirements.
Affected entities must register with the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) by March 6th 2026 and provide appropriate documentation. The BSI registration portals are now open, meaning that companies are required to take action without delay.
Why act now?
Only a well-founded NIS2 applicability assessment allows you to reliably determine whether your company is subject to a registration obligation—and if so, to what extent.
