OUR ONLINE PORTAL:

1. Operating costs (monthly retainer fee)

The monthly retainer fee covers the ongoing availability of our services – i.e., that we provide and maintain the role of Ombudsperson / Whistleblower Officer, including accessibility across all reporting channels.
The amount depends on company size:

  • up to 150 employees: €150
  • up to 250 employees: €200
  • up to 500 employees: €250
  • up to 1,000 employees: €300
  • up to 2,000 employees: €350
  • from 2,001 employees: €400
  •  

2. Implementation (billed separately)


Whenever we actively work on a case – e.g., extensive communication with whistleblowers, assessment of reports, or follow-up actions – this is billed separately on a time-spent basis.
We keep precise monthly records and issue transparent invoices. Wrong numbers or unsubstantiated reports are not billed.
We offer a reduced hourly rate of €220 instead of €250 per hour plus VAT.

Our experience shows: where there has been little misuse in the past and only a few investigations were required, this has remained the case going forward.

 

3. Implementation effort

If desired, we can provide suitable documents for the implementation of the reporting office within your company, typically including:

  • Policy or works agreement on the whistleblowing system
  • Privacy notice on handling personal data within the system
  • User/authorization concept
  • Introductory letter for employees
  • Website information for whistleblowers

This service is billed based on time spent. You will, of course, benefit from the tried-and-tested documents we have already developed.
